Junior mining stock pops on copper/gold purchase
Crazy Horse Resources (TSX: V.CZH) shares climbed 36% to 51 cents on Friday after the micro cap miner said it has entered into a letter of intent with Asian Arc Minerals to purchase Asian Arc’s 100% interest in two mining exploration permit applications covering the Kayapa Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in the Philippines, in exchange for the issue of six million common shares of Crazy Horse and assuming all obligations of Asian Arc relating to the underlying property acquisition.
