Technical Stock Scores are based on a proprietary model that combines over 30 technical analysis indicators and factors; the Stock Score is a measure of technical analysis strength or weakness. The technical scoring is based on the most recent 200 days of market trading data for each particular stock. This score is updated daily to reflect a stock's momentum, liquidity and price behavior.
Ratings: Stock Scores is a numerical rank of an individual company's technical analysis strength on a scale of 1 to 100. The score can be translated into one of five rating categories as described our Search Tools Help section, which is available by choosing Help from the main navigation menu.

The technical scoring is based on the most recent 200 days of market trading data for each particular stock. Stocks that have traded for less than 200 days will not have a technical stock score due to insufficient trading data.
