Gold miner’s shares fall on financing news
Shares of Aurizon Mines (TSX: T.ARZ) fell 9% to $5.13 Wednesday, after the company announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters, who have agreed to purchase 9.7 million common shares of the company at $5.15 per share.
ATW Gold announces $4.5 million private placement
ATW Gold Corp. (TSX: V.ATW) announced Friday that it is aiming to raise up to $4.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of up to 7.2 million units at 62 cents each.
